Camping Trip :: June 19-21
From June 19th to June 21st we're going to be doing a camping trip near Deerfield Park. The camping fees have almost been totally waived and so the entire trip will only cost $20! We'll meet at the Ward Theatre at 1:00pm on Thursday and arrive back at the Ward at 1:00pm on Saturday.
This is going to be an amazing opportunity go meet with God and grow in your relationship with Him while we get to make new friends and have a ton of fun with some old ones. You could kind of think of it like an extended Wilderness Lock-In! It's certainly going to be rustic, and there won't be much technology, but you won't want to miss...
- Lazertag at night with glow bracelets
- Capture the Truth - Wilderness style
- GPS scavenger hunts and many other fun team activities
- Canoeing, cooking, tents, bonfires, and lots of hot dogs
- We've also got large fields for soccer, ultimate Frisbee, and volleyball
These are just a few of the things that we're going to be doing over those three days.
We can only take about 30 students and we already have several who are interested. You will need to reserve your spot by getting a non-refundable, $10 deposit to Matt Leavesley by the Event Large Group on Saturday, June 7th. We would also like you to have an up-to-date medical release form on file with us. You can download one to fill out and return to us HERE.
